Duties & Responsibilities:

  1. Monitor and update the delinquent accounts for the assigned project.
  2. Prepare aging and interest computation of delinquent accounts for the assigned project.
  3. Follow-up payment for the delinquent accounts for the assigned project thru email, text and voice call.
  4. Prepare Formal Notice and Notice of Cancellation for those no settlement inspite of constant follow-up.
  5. Assist clients concerns and other queries regarding their accounts.
  6. Monitor email for client’s concern and payment of clients thru telegraphic transfer, online payment, remittance and bank transfer.
  7. Prepare weekly summary of payment thru telegraphic transfer, online payment, remittances and bank transfer with attached payment slips/deposit slips sent by clients thru email and submit to Finance.
  8. Prepare weekly and monthly collection report for the delinquent accounts per project and submit to Credit and Collection Manager for checking and for finalization.
  9. Process restructure, refund and waiver of interest request of client.
  10. Do other tasks assigned by Superior from time to time

  4. Manage cashflow for the Division
  5. Present Management Accounts Pack including commentary on variances against budget, forecast and other KPI’s
  6. Ensure all costs incurred are appropriately allocated and recharged
  7. Ensure effective controls are in place and that risk/opportunity is accurately reported
  8. Review and monitor Customer/Supplier Retentions
  9. Audit and authorize payment run and manual cheques
  10. Review Information for Annual Statutory Reporting including Tax Packs, Stat Packs etc
  11. Identify and Implement system and process Improvements

  2. Preparation and process weekly payroll.
  3. Prepares for the Computation of ‘Last Pay’ of resigned employees.
  4. Preparation and process of 13th month, and Sick Incentive Leave.
  5. Process Overtime and Leave form of employees.
  6. Monthly monitoring of tardiness for NTE
  7. Monthly monitoring for Absence without official leave and unauthorized undertime for NTE.
  8. Prepares Annual Salary Increase of regular employees per month.
  9. Prepares and process PAN for Annual Salary Increase.
  10. Preparation and process Statutory Benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-Ibig)
  11. Process SSS, PHIC and HDMF loans and claims.
  12. Process SSS Maternity/Sick Notification and Reimbursement
  13. Process other works related to SSS, PHIC and HDMF
  14. Prepare monthly report
  15. Planning and Facilitating of Company Events/Activities

  2. Collaborate with Senior Operations Executive (SOE) on financial targets, financial strategies, and all operations factors affecting financial structure including financial reports, interpretations of financial reports, projections, variance reports and compliance requirements.
